Visto en Previews: DC – Junio 2011

Ahora veamos qué comics interesantes tendremos de DC el próximo mes. Y el primero es la segunda parte de Flashpoint, el evento de DC para este verano. Ya tuve la oportunidad de leer el #1 y me gustó bastante. Así que tengo buenas expectativas para el segundo, a pesar que la historia sigue el formato ya conocido de un “what if”. Lo más interesante es ver cómo han variado las versiones de superhéroes y villanos.

Y aunque no lo crean, sólo este mes DC publicará simultáneamente el inicio de 21 miniseries relacionadas con Flashpoint. En cada una se dedicarán a presentar qué ha sucedido con un héreo o equipo de héroes en particular. La miniserie de flecha verde la seleccioné en base a su portada, porque como podrán ver, DC no da muchas pistas en la descripción del libro.

Aún no he podido leer el action comics 900 que el sr. Torres me prestó tan amablemente, así que tengo curiosidad de quién es el nuevo enemigo que tiene stressado a superman, ya no digamos que aquí se ve que doomsday sigue haciendo de las suyas.

Y se termina el año desde que Straczynski comenzó a escribir la mujer maravilla, aunque no lo terminó el sólo porque a la mitad se corrió y a Hester le tocó escribir los últimos números en base al plot de JMS. Esta es la historia en la que Diana vive una realidad alterna donde las amazonas fueron expulsadas de su isla y se mantienen escondidas. Pero será recordada como la historia en la que cambiaron el uniforme de WW y le pusieron pantalones. Por cierto, esta portada da la impresión que el cambio de traje no será permanente. Y en temas relacionados, se dieron cuenta que el piloto para la serie de TV de Wonder Woman no pasó la prueba para ser desarrollado en serie? Así que allí se pierde otro aliciente para mantener el nuevo traje.
